The Hongqi H9 is a full‑size luxury sedan by FAW’s premium brand, Hongqi, launched in 2020.  It’s powered by either a 2.0 L turbo petrol engine with a 48V mild‑hybrid system (185 kW / 252 hp) or a 3.0 L supercharged petrol engine (originally 208 kW / 283 hp, upgraded to 248 kW / 333 hp for the 2024 facelift).  Both versions come with rear‑wheel drive and a dual‑clutch (now 8‑speed automatic) transmission.
